英語での挨拶・・・教えてください。

宜しくお願いします。
尊敬をこめた形でいいたいのですが・・・

「メールを頂き有り難うございます。
なるべく早目に、メールをお送りさせていただきます。

是非、東京にお越しの際は、ご挨拶をさせてください。
日本は暑い日が続いていますので、お気をつけください。」

なのですが・・・宜しくお願いします！！！！！！

Dear (Mr. 相手のフルネーム) またはDear (Ms. 相手のフルネーム)またはDear ( 相手のファーストネーム),

Please let me meet and greet you during your stay in Tokyo.
Hot weather is prevailing in Japan.
I sincerely hope you will take good care of yourself.

(自分のフルネーム)または(自分のファーストネーム)

・Best Reagards, は敬具・草々
・最後の「追伸、英語が下手で申し訳ありません」は、万一単語や文法で間違いがあった場合でも失礼な意図はないということを伝えるために、英文を作った際には必ず入れていました。
