この英語を翻訳してほしいレベルで海外勤務をされるつもりですか。

書くのにくらべたら読むのは易しいですよ。

履歴書を英文で書けるのですか。
英文履歴書は日本語の履歴書とフォーマットが大幅に違いますよ。
Resumeといいますけど、その辺ググッてみてください。

この文章の答えだけを書いても履歴書になりませんよ。
もちろん答えられなければそれきりですけど。

早く言えば自分の売り込み文書という形にしなければならないのです。
先方の言うことにはっきり答えた上、自信のあることを自分のことばで明快に表現する必要があります。

書けますか？

そして、働ける自信はありますか。

この程度の英語がわからなくて海外で働く気ですかと、最初は思いました。

しかし、技術力を試されるご職業からすると、英語は確かにあんまり必要ないですね(英語の文章から、どういう職種か推測出来ました)。

とりあえず簡単に言うと、最初の段落はあなたの健康状態を尋ねています。次は、過去と現在の雇用主、その次はあなたの仕事に関係ある資格や能力、スキルなど。次は、リファレンスになれる人を紹介してほしいと。最後は、虚偽の報告は不採用になると言っています。
