was before you have started to prepare by the 8D report which was issued in March.
I am going to return them to you, so please send me the replacement.
I am going to use UPS ACCOUNT NO. ｘｘｘｘ for the return,
would you be OK with that?

かなり砕けた言い方をしてもかまわない相手先なのでしょうか？

3 pcs of /defective/DEFECTED parts were found /from/IN the lot /which/THAT
was PRODUCED before TAKING THE COUTERMASURE ILLUSTRATED IN the 8D report which /was/HAD BEEN/ issued /in/ THIS March. /you have started to prepare by/ ←　削除

I /am going to/WILL return them to you, so please send me the replacement/S/.
I /am going to use/WILL DESPATCH THEM BY UPS /UNDER THE/ ACCOUNT NO. ｘｘｘｘ/
