そうならないためには、この通知の送付から21日以内に、裁判所書記官または管理官に回答書を提出しなければなりません。回答書は、正しい書式に従うことと、申立人の代理人であるPA 401...（住所）のStephen M. Gaffiganに送達済みであることの証明を付すことが必要です。
