海外でのクレジットカードを使った買い物なのですが

すいません。海外でクレジットカードで買い物の途中なのですが、
カード決済の途中の画面で一部エラーが出て決済ができません。
Select Shipping Method の画面から先へ進めないのですが、

相手のオーナーとは知り合いで、特別な商品をウェブサイトに追加してもらったので
それが原因だと思います。（その商品以外だと決済できます）
うまく相手にそれを伝えられる英文を教えてもらえませんか？
特に「Select Shipping Method の画面から先へ進めません、至急対策をしてください。」を和英訳していただけると
助かります。

もし何かエラー表示が出ているのであれば、エラー内容も書き添えたほうが良いです。

何が引っかかっているのか相手側が考える手がかりになります。

About buying the goods you added for me, something is wrong and I can't buy it on your web site. The thing is that when the "Select Shipping Method" window is displayed, I can't go further to buy it.
