下記英文の解釈について質問があります。

この解釈であってますか？

まず、「若さは力」で、the powerとtheがついていますがこのtheはどう解釈しますか？前の文章を受けて、「若いという力」ということであってますか？（個人的にはそうは思わないですが・・・。）

そして次の文ですが、andがありますが、
the power of the classical music can move the young people.
the power of the classical music can reach the young people.
という事ですか？

これだと、順番通りに解釈すると「若者を動かして、届く」という事になってしまいます。
私のイメージだと、「クラシック音楽のもつパワーが若者に届いて（reach）、彼らを突き動かす（move）」となるのですが・・・。そこで引っかかっています。つまり、なぜmove reachの順番なのだろうかと。この順番である限り、私の訳文は間違っていると思うのですが・・・。

このwillは自動詞であってますか？

　これは、前の文に平行していますから、「あなたが自分がやっていることを楽しんでいるなら、他の人も（自分がやっていることを楽しむ）でしょう」です。
　従って enjoy という本動詞に付属する助動詞で、自動詞でも他動詞でもないと思います。下記の助動詞の２の意味です。

「もし、あなた自身が楽しんでいるならば、若者も求めるわ」という訳です。
この解釈であってますか？

　推論の過程は考えすぎですが、結果は　あってます。

　そうだと思います。修飾語（ここでは of the classical music）がつくと定冠詞もつくことが多いです。

そして次の文ですが、andがありますが、
なぜmove reachの順番なのだろうかと。この順番である限り、私の訳文は間違っていると思うのですが・・・。

　これが推敲を重ねた書き言葉と、インタビューの「話し言葉」との違いです。「付け足し」とか afterthought などがあって、必ずしも理論的な順序になっている訳ではありません。「で今思い出したのですが」的なものが人によっては続々出てきます。
　訳者としては、原文の順序に並べるだけでいいと思います。編集者ではない訳ですから、

まず、「若さは力」で、the powerとtheがついていますがこのtheはどう解釈しますか？

〔 ＋ その! クラシック音楽のパワー〕 とか 〔 ＋ その! クラシック音楽のパワーってやつは〕 など、
the を 強調の意味で使ったりします。

Ｑ５　なぜmove reachの順番なのだろうか
パワーが、若者を突き動かし＋若者たちに届く可能性がある（あり得る）

↑ move , reach 、どっちも例えとして言いたかっただけじゃなぃかと。
なので、 and の解釈は〔＋〕 の意味でよぃと思います。

※ 〔関心〕 につぃて話しているので
〔 reach and move － 動員 〕 だと ちょっとシックリきませんね；
誤解のなぃように move and reach にしてるのかも。
そのままの語順で訳してよぃと思います☆

Q3: No. The word "will" is a modality. It indicates the possibility that others will follow the same path (translation: Others will [enjoy what they are doing], too.)

Q4: Let me put the sentence in a different way so that it will make you easier to comprehend what it means.

Translation: Classical music has a power to reach out to the young people and cultivate their drive for music by tapping into their inspirations.

In this context, "the power of classical music" sounds more like the influence on the youth. And don't forget that the youth are energetic. They have a strong potential to develop their specific talents/skills through their dedication to hard work.

"move and reach the young people" = probably, the speak meant that classical music can move many people and reach out to the young people who do not really know about music.

ということで、助動詞だと思います。

絵画の力、スポーツの力、政治の力・・・と様々な「力」があるなかで、「クラシック音楽の力」という特定の「力」のことを言っているので、定冠詞がつくのだと思います。

最初に読んだときの私の印象は、本当はreach and moveと言うべきところを良い間違えたのかなというものでした。
インタビューでの発言がそのまま活字になったものであれば、その可能性も高いと思います。

あるいは、ここでのmoveの意味が「感動させる、突き動かす」ではなく「（コンサートへと）動員する」だと考えれば、move and reachでも良いのかもしれません。
