"Touching Down Lightly" is your new album with only one track of 47 minutes. I consider that musicians that create long music's are the ones who really know how to make music. Do you share my thought?

pieceを関係代名詞でthat以下で修飾、ですね。

そして、次のto feelですが、ここがいまいちわかりません。
それとこの文章の意味を教えてください。

この文章ですが、givingの前にwasが入らないのでしょうか？

それともこれは文章ではなく、句なのでしょうか？

「Touching Down Lightlyは、今度出た47分で1曲のアルバムですね。

この長い曲を作り上げたミュージシャンたちは本当に音楽の作り方を知っていると思います。そう思いませんか？

とても興味深い見方ですね、仰ることがよく分かりますよ。ミュージシャンがとても長い曲を作曲したいなら、ハートや信念がいっぱいなければね、できないですよ。

作り方を知ってるかどうかじゃないってことですね。欲求が大事だというか。演奏している間、続いてくれる小曲への欲求、それをやるに足る力強い感情。このレコーディングはハートと信念の賜物ですね。」

といった意味でしょうね。

to feel powerful enough to doはto feel to do（行うために感じること）のfeelがpowerful enoughだということです（すんません、英文を解析的に説明するのは苦手で）。

A womanが主語で述語がpassed by me、そのa womanをgiving以下が修飾しています。こう書けば分かりやすいかもです。

こちらも正しい英文です。A womanが主語で、それをpassed by meが後置修飾し、was以下が述語となっていますね。

1つ目の質問に関しては、

the needにto makeとto feelの両方がかかっています。

2つ目の質問に関しては
主語a woman、動詞passedです。
givingは分詞構文で、この場合意味は「～しながら」です。
