英語ですと、だいたい慣用句があります。

We would like to express our sincere condolences.
心よりのお悔やみを申し上げます。

Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
大変なときに、あなたとご家族のことをいつも考えています。

May the sorrow, the pain, and the fear you feel be lightened (by the love that surrounds you.）
悲しみ、痛み、恐怖が和らぎますように。。。。。
で、普通、このあと、”何によって”が必要になります。他の回答者さんは”時間の経過によって”という風にされています。ここでは、あなたの周りの愛によって、という風にしてみました。もう少し一般的です。
