お店を変更しました。ご注意～ の英文はこれでいい？

「お店を変更しましたので、くれぐれもお間違いの無いようにご注意ください。」
自分なりに英文にしてみましたが、どれがいいのか？　または　正しい言い方があれば教えてください。

I changed a restaurant. So please check the restaurant again if you are coming the party.
I changed a restaurant. So please make sure where the restaurant is.
I changed a restaurant. So please be careful, don't go to a wrong restaurant.

前半部分は、以下の文でどうでしょうか。

The restaurant has been changed to another.

I changed a restaurant.は、「あなたが、あるレストランを改装した」という意味になります。また、a restaurantだとどのレストランなのかわかりません。前のレストランで一度連絡済みならば、the restaurantになります。

後半部分について。
So please check the restaurant again if you are coming the party.
↓
So please check the detail again before you come to the party.

So please be careful, don't go to a wrong restaurant.
↓
So please be careful in case you go to the wrong restaurant.

I changed the reservation to X restaurant. とか、I changed the venue for our party.　

venueという言葉はレストランなどを含めた会合場所一般を指すのによく使われます。

「パーティー会場を変更しました。」みたいなフォーマル的な言い方なのですね！

名前を変更した？
場所を変更した？

名前を変えたのなら
The restaurant ○○○ has been changed to △△△ as new naime.

場所を変えたのなら
The restaurant ○○○ has been moved to □□□□.

最初はレストランAを予約しました。（みなに連絡済み）
そのあとに、レストランAをキャンルして、レストランBのお店に変更しました。
なので、「間違ってレストランAに行かないでください。ちゃんとレストランBに来てください。」と言う意味合いです。
