　一語だけ、expectはexceptとしないと文意が取れませんので、そのような誤記だとして訳してみます。

「本合意は、それに対して正当な権限を得た党の代表者による署名入りの書面によってしか修正、変更、若しくは改定がなされてはならない。」

　このままですと、shall be binding on and insureが文法的にも解釈不能で文意が取れません（法律系文書では用いられる用法でしたら、私の知識外で分からず、済みません）。次のような文であるとして、訳してみます。

これ契約書じゃないですか。

誤訳されたら大変でしょう。２４時間営業の翻訳会社になげることをおすすめします。

せいぜい、３５００円くらいでできるはず。２時間以内にできるとおもいます。

ひとつだけ内容を確認します。　13番目は『expect』ではなく『except』ではないでしょうか？

この条文の趣旨は『supplier』(商品または技術の提供者)の権利を守るため、無暗に契約を変更してはならないと謳っているものです。　そして両当事者の正当に権限を付与された代表者による書面による意思表示があれば契約変更が出来るという意味です。

Expect→Exceptとすれば意味は通ると思います。
