英語でどう表現したらいいでしょうか？

■先日スーパーで見つけた今にも走り出しそうな大根。これで美味しいおつけもの
ができました。買うつもりはなかったけど形の面白さに思わず買ってしましました。

■健康にもお肌にもいいからとホストマザーがよく作ってくれる100％の野菜ジュース。
中にはにんじん、りんご、しょうが、れもんが入ってて飲みやすくて美味しいです。

■肌のを聞かれて
大分ましになったけど、ところどころまだ少し赤みがひかない。

* The other day I found the radish as if it started to run, which made me cook some good Japanese pickles. I didn't intend to buy that, but I couldn't help buying it because of its funny figure.

* The 100% vegitable juice that my host mother always cooks for me, saying it's good for health and for the skin as well. It tastes so good and is easy to drink, which contains carrot, ginger and lemon.

* After I was asked how my skin was going on,
It's become better than ever but the redness still remains in places.
