Just as a multinational company can have branches thoughtout the would, as it seems an organization that has political or violent ends can be grobal.

この英文はacadenicという参考書のなかにある一文です。

意味は何となくとれるのですが構造が取れません。just as , asの部分は理解できますが、後半のas以下の構文を取ることができません。なので、そこを集中的に教えてください。

　誤字・誤記があるようで、以下のような文でしょう。just as A, so B「ちょうどAと同じように、Bである」という言い方です。

Just as a multinational company can have branches thoughtout the world, so it seems an organization that has political or violent ends can be global.

「ちょうど多国籍企業が全世界に支社を持つのと同じように、政治的あるいは暴力的部門を持つ組織はグローバルになれる。」

　SVOCに加え、それ以外の要素を表すMを使い、カッコで括って要素ごとに区切ってみます。省略されたthatも補っておきます。矢印は修飾関係のつもりです。

M(Just as) S(a multinational company) V(can have) O(branches) ←M(thoughtout the world), M(so) S(it) V(seems) O(that an organization that has political or violent ends can be global).

　Oであるthat節の中身が、また複雑な構造を持っていますので、それだけ書きだして、同じようにしてみます。

　主語Sの中は主格の関係代名詞で修飾されています。それを関係代名詞を先行詞の主語で書き換えてみます。

S(an organization) V(has) O(political or violent ends)

　これで全部分かったので、最初の文でまとめ直してみます。以下でダッシュ（’）は一つ付くごとにSVOCMのどれかの中の文構造のSVOCMであることを示すために使っています。また複文なので、文ごとで1行空けてみました。
