先日服を購入したWebサイトに送料記載のミスがあったので指摘し送料の返金を求めたところこのようにメールがきました。

Thanks for getting back in touch and for sending the screenshot. Unfortunately there is a typo in the Japanese section of the site. The information on the shipping information section is correct however, so orders over £70 would receive free shipping. 

This has been highlighted and is in the process of being amended. Thank you for pointing this out. 

As an apology for the confusion, we would like to offer you £5.99 store credit for you to use on a future order. Please let me know if you are happy to continue with this.

普通に引用するのが明確でいいです。

I would like to purchase again from your store in the future, so I would definitely appreciate the £5.99 store credit.

How will the store credit be issued? Will I be receiving a coupon code? Will it have an expiration date?

途中の質問責めは個人的な疑問です。オンラインショップなのですよね？　ストアクレジットってどうやって発行するものなのでしょうか。（あまりネットでお買い物をしたことがないのでわからなくて（笑）もし必要ないと感じられる質問でしたらその部分だけ削除しちゃってください。
かわりに "Please advise when the store credit has been issued."　と入れたら良いと思います。

丁寧な回答をありがとうございます！
ストアクレジットは恐らくその店舗でのみ使える商品券のようなもので、支払いをする際にコードを入力するとその金額が割引かれるんだと思います。
今回は必要なさそうでしたが、分からないことを聞く時などの英文が参考になりましたm(_ _)m
