価格・時期は概算なので・・・ を英語で伝えたい

英文でレターを書こうと思っていますが、以下の表現をどのように書いたらいいのか見等がつかずに困っています。
どなたか詳しい方、教えてください。

背景としては、現在、３件の翻訳の依頼がきており、
(1)どのくらい時間がかかるか
(2)どのくらいの費用がかかるか
の見積りを出すように言われています。

(1)については３件まとめて、で１月かかる旨を伝え、
(2)については、１件ずつ費用を出す予定です（別途表を作成し、添付する予定です）。

(3)また、最後に、
「これはあくまで概算であって、実際の時間・金額は変わる場合がありますのでご了承ください」
と一文付け加えたいと思っています。

以下の文で通じますでしょうか？

(2)
Also, it will take about one month, if you would like to have a whole translation of the documents.

(3)
Please note in advance that the estimate cost and lead times may be subject to change on a late notice.

英語の翻訳をやられる方の文章ですので、立派に意味は通じます。　しかしリーガルマインドが少し足りないように感じました。　原文の下に、添付します。　ご参照下さい。　プロの書く文章は、『we, I』で始めない方がスマートだと思います。


1)
We are attaching our approximate cost for a translation per a document. Please see details in the attachment.

Upon your request, our rough cost estimate is worked out and enclosed herewith for your reference per document basis. Please refer to the detailed breakdown attached hereto.


(2)
Also, it will take about one month, if you would like to have a whole translation of the documents.

Please be noted that it will take one month more to translate the whole part of the document.

(3)
Please note in advance that the estimate cost and lead times may be subject to change on a late notice.

Needless to say that this is a rough estimate and the actual payment will be done on working hour basis.

短く書くのが要領を得る訳者と取られます。

一例：
(1) It takes about one month to translate all the three documents.
(2) Attached please find the cost estimate per document.
(3) The above costs are subject to change due to 以下簡単に変わる理由を述べる。

もし、価格・スケジュールを表形式にして、添付するということなら、下記のように、

I presume it would take almost a month for me to finish the
translation for your 3 works. Just for your immediate
reference, I am attaching the chart showing the price and
time table for my translation work. They are based on my
rough estimate and are subject to change according to actual
load of translation work. I thank in advance you for your kind
understanding.

I presume it would take almost a month for me to finish the

translation for your 3 works. I am preparing price and
schedule list, it will be mailed to you shortly. The prices
and time schedules are roughly estimated, so they are subject
to change according to the actual procedure of translation.

(1)price and schedule list は後日送りますという前提で。
(2)翻訳の進み具合によってはと言う意味で
「according to the actual procedure of translation」としました。
(3)最後に「thank you in advance for your understanding」で事前の
