We would like to announce that the annual retirement ceremony will take place on Friday, April 14 at West Park Hotel. This year we have 130 retirees from our offices in Canada.

Since this will be a big event, we are looking for representatives from all departments to help with the preparation. If you would like to come , please ask your supervisor first. Each department will choose several employees and send them to us.

If you have any questions about the event, please e-mail Ms. Johnson in Human Resources. An orientation meeting will be held on Monday, April 3 at the head office.

年に一度の退職者送別会を4月14日（金）にウェストパークホテルで開催することになりましたので、ここにお知らせ申し上げます。

今年はカナダの事務所から130人が退職いたします。

今回は規模が大きいため、各部門から準備を手伝っていただける代表者の方を募集したいと思います。こちらにいらしていただける方は、まずご自分のスーパーバイザーにご相談ください。各部門とも、何人かの社員を選出し、こちらに出向してくださるようご手配いただければ幸いです。

今回の送別会についてご質問等がおありの場合は、人事部のジョンソン(Ms)氏までメールでお知らせください。送別会の説明会兼打ち合わせを4月3日（月）に本社で行いますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
