海外通販サイトで買い物をしたら英語でメールが来たのですが、読めない。

海外通販サイトのGearbestと言うサイトで買い物をしたのですが、いつもだと何も問題なく購入ができていました。
しかし、今回に限り、支払いが自動的にキャンされてしまし、返金処理されて、下記の様なメッセージが届きました。
しかし、フィーリングで読んでも、翻訳しても何言っているのかよくわかりません。
どなたかわかりやすく翻訳お願いします。

こんにちは。

最初に要点を言うと、以下の住所に注文の品は送ったが、入金取り消しがあったこと。注文品や配達に関して問題があったら知らせてほしいこと。何か問題があれば対処するので、早急に連絡をいただければありがたいこと。このメッセージに返事を書いておくってほしい。

ということで、いつも問題なく購入できていたのに、今回は自動的に支払いがキャンセルされて返金されたことを知らせた方がいいです。
