決まった言い回し

「損害倍書の範囲や損害方法などの詳細についてはA社とB社の協議のうえ決定するものとする」という文章についてどうしてもなっとくのいく訳を見つけ出せません。何か定型の文章があるんだと思うんですが、通常はどのように訳されているのでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。

For the details of compensation for damage range and its contents are to be decided by a conference between company A and B.
