構文の取り方を教えてください。

質問させていただきます。

　大学院入試の過去問をといています。構文の取り方がわからない文があり、教えていただきたいです。

　この英文は心理検査のロールシャッハテストの研究史の英文です。
ロールシャッハテストとはインクのしみを見せ、それをどんなものに見えるかを答えてもらい独自の採点方法で、性格を理解するものです。

長くなってしまって、それと接続詞がいくつか出てきて混乱してしまいます。
Ｈｏｌｔ 、Ｒapaport、Ｒorschachは人名です。

　appliedとconceptualized が繋がっているな！と分かったのですが・・

　　の部分がわかたなくて・・・。as、それとbutがどれをつなげているのか教えてください。

構文的には前に回答があるとおり、

Holt applied～, further systematized, and conceptualized～.
と、Holtを主語として、3つの動詞がandで接続されている構造と思います。
as not simply～以下の部分は、not only A but also Bの構文の変形ではないでしょうか。言い換えれば、
as not only sign of ego weakness but also as harbingers of possible creative regression

structural scaffolding は、おそらく比喩的な意味で使っていると思います。前後の文脈、または専門用語などを考慮の上、ご自分で訳語を考えてみて下さい。
conceptualized ＝他動詞
manifestation = 目的語
of ... Rorschach ＝ manifestation を修飾する形容詞句
Rorschach は、the Rorschach なので、おそらく the Rorschach (Inkblot) Test の意味。
前２つの as ＝ 「として」
not simply ... but ... as well ＝ not only ... but also ...

この場合の、conceptualize という動詞は、
take A as B
の take と同じ文型です。前の２つの as も、take A as B の as と同じ用法です。
as well は、「同様に」という副詞句で、also と同じ意味に考えていいと思います。

正確を期すなら、not simply as ... の語順か、または、but (as) harbingers のように、２つ目のas がない形で、not simply AA but BB as well のAAとBBが同形の並列になります。

という構文です。

ホルトは(1)心理分析の理論をRapaportのstructual scaffoldingに適用し、(2)それをさらにsystematizeし、(3)Rorschachがthough disorderについて示したことを、単に自我の弱まりというだけでなく、創造力の退化の兆しかもしれないというふうにconceptualizeした。

(3)の中の構文は、
conceptualized Ａ as not simply Ｘ　but as Ｙ as well.
（Ａを、単にＸであるだけでなく、同様にＹでもあるというふうに概念化した）となると思います。

ところで、文中のthough disorderというのは、ロールシャッハの研究した何かだと思うのですが、このthoughは何かのスペルミスではないですか？
