英文NDA契約書の一文の和訳をお願いします

表題の件、少し長いものになってしまいますが…、
どこからどこまでが並列関係にあるのか、など、どうしても文構造が理解出来ない部分があるため、
お手数かとは思いますが、和訳ないし文構造を教えていただけると非常に助かります。。

【NDA本文 -強制開示-】
Notwithstanding the provision of this Agreement, in the event that the Receiving Party is required by document subpoena, civil investigative demand, interrogatories, request for information or other similar process of law or by any governmental action or court of competent jurisdiction to disclose any of the Confidential Information, the Receiving Party will deliver to the Disclosing Party prompt notice of such requirement(s) so that the Disclosing Party, at its cost and expense, may seek an appropriate protective order and/or waiver of compliance by the Receiving Party with the provisions of this Agreement.

特に最初の方の、in the event that the Receiving Party is required　以降の
orで繋がれた部分について、どこからどこまでが並列関係にあるのか、意味内容的に判断できないです…。
非常にお手間かとは思いますが、宜しくお願いします。
