英語 困った事があれば

外人の友達にメールを送りました。

『日本で何か困った事があったら、いつでも連絡してね』
と送りたかったので、
If you have any problems in Japan.I'll help you.
anytime contact me:)
と送りました。英語的にはこれで自然でしょうか？
他に良い表現などがあればご教授お願いします。

一文目は、"Japan" と"I'll" の間がコンマ "," であれば問題ないです。
"anytime" は接続詞的に用いられますが、文頭には来ないので、"contact me" の後ろに置きます。

If you have any problems in Japan, I'll help you.
Please contact me anytime you want.

If you have any problems in Japan, please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
I'll do whatever I can.
*** 日本で何かあったら xxx-xxx-xxxx に電話してね。できる限りのことはするよ。

いくつか英語表現はありますが、大切なのは、相手を孤独にさせないことではないでしょうか。テクニックより、気持ちですよ。

・problems→problem

anyの後なのでproblemは単数です。

in Japanのあとがピリオドになっているように見えるのですが、これはきっとカンマになされたのですよね？

・Anytime contact me→　Contact me at anytime.
この方がスムーズです。

日本に友人がいらっしゃるのが決まっていて、質問者様が日本に住んでいるのを相手もご存知なのですから、in Japanはなくとも通じます。

anyが二回出てくるのがなんとなく居心地悪いので、
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need my help
とか
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you
などよく使われる言い回しでもよろしいかと思います。

Let me know if you need any help.

一番最初に、「知らせてね」って言ってから
後で理由をつけたほうが、英語的？だと思います。

ぜんぜん、問題ないですよぉ。

他の表現でしたら、

In case you got any trouble, call me.

If you have any difficulty on anything, call 911, oh no, call my number.

You got any issue you can't cope with, you can get my help any time, so don't forget to call me.

Search and rescue is ready here, don't forget to call my number when you're in emergency.
