電気関係のことが分からないのでちょっとずれた回答になる可能性大ですが、一応こんな感じではないかと思いました。

「実際の生活においてこの思考モードは、ちょうど帯電していないワイヤーが帯電しているワイヤーに触れたとき内部に獲得されるのと同じような効果を、個人の心に与える」
