英文のビジネスメールについて、自分なりに書いてみましたが、とても不安です。稚拙な英文を添削いただけますでしょうか。どうか、宜しくお願いいたします。


☆「招聘状が発行されましたので」はどのように訳せばよろしいでしょうか。ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

原本は、ホワイト様のオフィス宛にEMSファイルにてただいま送付いたしました。

送り先の方が、招聘状をチェックする役割でしょうか？

添削出来なくて申し訳ないですが、下記を参考にしてくれれば、、、、

Mr. White と Ms. Kim　の御両名にそれぞれ招聘状が出されたという前提で書いております。

I am pleased to inform you the Letter of Invitation was issued in your
names, copy of which are attached herewith in PDF format/or file for
your quick reference. The originals were dispatched via EMS under
