この質問の相手先(!!!)がそんなに英語が得意でない場合を考えて出来るだけ簡単な言い回しと単語だけで、書いてみましたが。

We shipped you 300 meters material, we want to know how
much products you can make. If you find 300 meters not
enough to make our ordered quantity, we will ship another
material. In this case, Please let us know immediately the
additional required quantity and the latest date for us to
ship.

これだけ懇切丁寧(!!)に書いて訳の判らん返事が来るようなら、私如き出番ではありません(泣)

全体の意味が不明なため推測で訳しました。

また、「足りない場合は追加のm分を送ると解釈しました。

Is the ～meters in (2) sufficient to make the ordered number of ～pieces?
If insufficient, please tell us the deadline for sending you additional required meters.

上記「300meters」は仮の数量です。
[we shipped]は省略可能です。
ご質問は、海外での委託加工による輸入関係だと推測されますので、上記の通り「商業文」ってな感じになりましたが、個人的な依頼でもある程度無理なく使えるとは思います(その際は、一寸よそよそしい気はしますが)

質問？の仕方を誤ってると回答つきませんよ。

アテになさってるならちゃんと「質問」なさらなくては。
