英文の後半、
whether or not of the class enumerated hereinの意味がわかりません。それから beyond the reasonable control of such party, of labor trouble, strike, lockout or injunction.
のsuch partyの意味とof labor touble....がどこから続いているのかもわかりません。
教えてください。
