６週間経っても発送の連絡がありません。


注文受付メールに

your Biofreeze order may take 3-5 weeks
to ship out. We appreciate your patience.
Other items on your order may ship out earlier.
とあります。

以前紹介していただいた文章がこちらなのですが

Dir Sir or Madam,
I have informed that my Biofreeze order may take 3-5 weeks to ship out.
I would like to know the exact shipping date.
Anyway, I'd like to get the item earlier.
At the time shipping schedule will be fixed, please let me know ASAP

次の1文を加えたいのですが合ってますか？

注文から6週間に以上経過してるが発送の連絡がない。
Although it has passed above since the order at six weeks, there is no connection of dispatch.

Six weeks have passed since my order and I am yet to receive a notice of shipment.

　　　　ご注文がキリスト教国なら、今はクリスマス前でアメリカなどは郵便局の人員削減と仕事の大幅増でてんてこ舞いです。でもこのサイト、アクセス出来ないのは倒産したのではないでしょうか。 何かあるかも知れませんね。

私も以前に同じような経験があります。

同じくサプリなど扱うオンラインショッピングサイトで数日後から数週間後に品物が発送予定のびてさらに一ヶ月待ってもまだ発送されなかったのでキャンセルしました。
メールの問い合わせには一切応答はなく電話を何度かしてやっと事が収まりました。

注文した品物が発送準備のプロセス前ならキャンセル可能とあります。
