海外サイトにてネットショッピングをしたのですが、後日下記内容のメールが数度にわたり配信せれて参りました。
そこで、翻訳ソフトを使用したのですが、いまいち解りません。

相手はちゃんとしたサイトだと仮定して。

おおざっぱところは、

・あなたのクレジットカードに対して、既に少額（５ドル以下）の課金を行った。
・まずは、カードの支払い状況を確認して、ちゃんと、課金がなされていることを確認して欲しい。
　（これを以て、カードの確認にするらしい）
・課金が確認できたら、所定の電話番号 or メールアドレスにコンタクトして欲しい。
・あなたから確認の連絡（電話なりメール）がない限り、商品は発送さっれない。

・次回以降の発注に対しては、こういう手続きは不要である。
・あと、以下の条件を確認しておいて欲しい。
1）米国の税金はかからないが、あなたの住む国で、税金や追加の費用がかかるかもしれない。
　　 それについては、事前に確認することをお勧めする。
　2）荷物があなたの国に入る手前までなら、配送トラブルがあれば、料金は不要である。
　　 一度あなたの国に入ったら、あなたが受け取れなかったとしても、料金を支払う必要がある。
　3) 出荷済みの荷物については、キャンセルはできない。
