高校英語の英表現、英訳

次の１、２、３の英訳文を教えていただけないでしょうか？

１、科学の進歩が必ずしも人類の幸福につながらず、その反対であることが多いのは残念だ。

２、他人のやっていることは易しそうに見えるが、いざ自分でやってみると、それが必ずしも見かけほど易しくはないことがわかる。

３、最近、私達は人を「勝ち組」と「負け組」に分けがちである。しかし、何をもって勝ち組とするかは、人それぞれの判断による。

Write it Rightという学校でつかっている問題集の問題なのですが、答えがついておらず困っています。

1 It is a pity that scientific progress does not always lead to human happiness, but often have the opposite effect.

2. What another person is doing may look like easy, but if you try doing it yourself, you realize it is not necessarily as easy as it seems.

3. Recently we tend to divide people into two categories, the winners and the losers. But what the winner depends on each person's judgement.
