1行目、areはなしでいいのではないでしょうか？

あと、2行目のshareはsharingかな？と思いました。
何か気になることがあれば返事ください。

"the" interesting book or movie : 興味深い本とか映画「というもの」は
➡ 複数よりは単数にするほうが意味が集中する、強まると思います。books or movies ➡ book or movie
A and B : A,Bともに、一緒に You can have coffee and tea(コーヒーと紅茶）一緒に？
A or B : AとかB ➡ You can have coffee or tea.(コーヒーとか紅茶)、
impression: 可算名詞➡ a strong impression
by share(X) ➡ by sharing(O)
C leave D : CがDを残す

No.3です。

I would sayのwouldは婉曲です。
wouldやcouldは、文をぼやかす効果があり、教科書では仮定、婉曲、推察などと書かれてます。
正直慣れてくると、仮定とか婉曲とか考えずに、断言してないなと漠然と思うだけです。

という感じはどうでしょうか?
ネイティブから見てナチュラルかはわかりませんが、私ならこう言ってみます。

個人的に、人に意見を言う場合にI thinkを使うと自信がないように思えて、英語としては良くないかなと思いました。

参考程度に。

the interesting books and movies → the は不要。
are 不要。
strong → stronger
share → sharing

impression を2回、使っているのが気になります。
your impression のほうを your review にしてはどうでしょうか。
