英訳はこれでよいでしょうか。

楽器を外国の制作家に作ってもらっています。まもなく完成予定なので、連絡したいのですが、このような英文でよいでしょうか。

私が発注した楽器はいつごろ完成するでしょうか。そしていつ私に送ってくれるかお知らせ下さい。
また、楽器を送付してくださるにあたり、次の点をお願いします。
１．　梱包は以前メールでお願いしたように、楽器がこわれぬように十分配慮して下さい。
２．　楽器はFedEx の営業所止めで送って下さい。

３．　トラッキング番号をお知らせ下さい。

About when is musical instruments that I ordered completed?　And, please inform me of when send it to me.
When The instrument which I ordered send me, please consider the following respect.

1. Please consider packing enough so that musical instruments should not break as asked with mail before.
2. Please send musical instruments by The Station stop of FedEx.

3. Please teach the tracking numbers of the musical instrument when it send me.

なお、営業所名はメールで送る際に具体的に書きます。

FedEX使ったことないんで３は「FedEX営業所宛てに送って下さい」にしときましたが、これでいけるかな？　他の方の補足お待ちします。

他はこれでいけるでしょう。

Could you tell me approximately when the musical instruments I ordered will be finished? Also, please advise me of the shipment date.

Please refer to the following directions when you ship my order:
1) As I have asked you in the previous e-mail, please use extra bubble so that the instruments won't get damaged.
2) Please send the shipment to the FedEx office at **営業所住所**.
3) Please let me know the tracking number of the shipment.

お礼が遅れまして申し訳ありません。先方からやっと連絡が来ました。交通事故に遭って納品が遅れるとのことでした。
