タカヨシは2年前にイギリスに行き、まだ、そこで住んでいます。
= Takayoshi has [lived/been] in England for two years.
タカヨシは2年間イギリスに住んでいます（イギリスにいます）。

２．This question is more difficult than that one.
= This question is harder than that one.
この質問はあの質問よりも難しい。

３．One of my best friends made me e（→a） nice birthday cake.
= One of my best friends made a nice birthday cake for me.
私の親友の一人が私に素敵なバースデーケーキを作ってくれました。

タカヨシは二年前にイングランドへ行きました。

そして今でもそこに住んでいます。
※want は went に訂正しました。

書き換えについては、どんな風にの条件がないので分かりません。
Takayoshi has lived in England for two years ago. でしょうか？
