海外ショッピングで相手に出すクレームの英文

すいません。海外で買った商品なのですが、以前買った物と品質が異なるためクレームを
出したいと考えています。
その中で、「以前あなたが送ったＡと今回配送されたＡはとても異なります」
という英文を作ってみたのですが、「今回、以前」というのはThis timeとBeforeで
よかったでしょうか？

詳しい方いましたらアドバイスいただけると助かります。

This time A delivered were very different from Before Ａ that you sent.

There is a big differnce between A you previously sent me and A this time you sent (me).
sent me の後に　その日付を書いた方がはっきりすると思います。

もしくは　「同じではない」　と断定した方が良いかもしれません。
Those are not the same between A you sent me before and A this time you sent.
あるいは　between A　の後を　I received before and A this time I received. でもいいかもしれないですね。

好みに合わせて使われたらいいと思います。

Last time が、前回の意味を表すし、同じ商品の発想という一連の行程の中ならば、

Last time が相手もわかりやすいですよ、ネイテイブ的にそうだと思います。


　あと、こういうのは、ごっちゃりかくと、解りにくいもので。


　ここいらの回答で、ごっちゃり書く人が多いんですが、相手とのやり取りでそういうのは混乱を招きやすいです。

　シンプル　イズ　ベスト


　I received the item is different from last time it supposed to be a same item from last order.


Can you replace for it?


　あなたは手元に既に間違った商品を持っているので、リプレイスメントという言葉が、簡単確実です。

I wanted an item that is the same or very similar to the one that I had bought. But as I bought XX this time, it was a lot different from the one I had bought.

I would like you to change my purchase to the one that is the same or very similar to the one I had bought or otherwise I would like to return XX and I would like you to refund including the handling and shipment.

以上のようなクレームを書いてみてはいかがでしょう。

This time, とBeforeであっていますが、文法的にちょっと変更が必要です。

今のままでは、今回Ａが配送した、まえにＡが配送した、となってしまい、文章のほかの部分とつなぎ合わせるとつじつまが合いません。
なのでこう変更できます。
The item A that was delivered to me this time is very different from the same product that you sent before.
また、以下のような書き方もあります。
The item A that has been delivered to me is very different from the same product I received previously.
