更に、査定に基づく各評価点のギャップが大きすぎる場合は昇格しても昇給しない場合や能力給の昇給スピードが速すぎるという場合もあろう事から、制度を決定する前に慎重なシミュレーションが必要となる。

基本的情報とその検証のために近隣企業の勤続年数別と職種による給与のデータ（給与テーブル）が収集する必要がある

＜アドバイス＞
(1)学習されたいなら機械翻訳は最後に「比較するために」使いましょう。添削も何も訳が日本語になっていません。
(2)想像力が働かせましょう。最初の文なら　シミュレーションが必要だと言っているのです。ではどうしてそれが必要かという事が前段で書かれています。・・・の場合や・・・のケースではシミュレシーションが必要だと言っています。各々どういう場合かは書かれている通りです。字面を追って訳していってもコツはつかめません。
(3)辞書をすぐに使わない。見たことない単語ですぐに辞書を使っては訓練になりません。想像力を働かせて意味を推測するのです。
「おそらくこういう意味だろうな」と整理した上で確認のために辞書を使いましょう。
(4)英語の試験ではないので、意味を理解した上で適切な日本語で表現すればしっくりきます。

これを繰り返せばこの程度の文章はさほど時間がかからずに頭に入ってきます。がんばってください
