He mentioned a book the title of which I can't remember now.　
彼は私が今そのタイトルを思い出せない本について語った。

これは、所有格の関係代名詞なのですが

というようにするのは可能ですか？

また
listening to a performance not a word of which they can understood and of which they seldom the part.
はどのように解釈すればよろしいですか？

He mentioned a book, of which I can't remember the title now.

双方とも全く同じ意味ですし、文法的にも合っています。ただ、「book」の後に「,」が必要です。

listening to a performance, not a word of which they can understood and of which they seldom the part.

前半部分(and以前)は大丈夫ですが、they seldom the part (plotでも)では動詞が無いので不十分です。of which they seldom follow the plotとかにして前にThey areと入れば、「彼らは言葉も全く分からなければあらすじも殆ど掴めないパフォーマンスを聞いている」という文として立派に成り立ちます。

が可能かといわれると一応可能だけど, of がかかっていくはずの title が離れちゃうのでちょっとどうかなぁと思う. むしろ
He mentioned a book whose title I can't remember now.
の方が自然かも.
後半は関係代名詞で文がつながっているだけなので, ばらせばいいと思います.

可能です。
意味は通っています。

また
listening to a performance not a word of which they can understood and of which they seldom the part.
they could understand でないと変ですよね。
which they seldom the part.は何か、転記ミスとかありませんか？
