「テストはどうでしたか？」...How was the test(exam)? とか、 How did the test go?

「スペインで流行っている音楽も聞いてみたいです」...I want to listen to music that(which) is popular in Spain. もしくは、What kind of music is popular in Spain? I'd like to listen to it. と文を分けてもいいかと思います。

添削希望の文章ですが、内容にまとまりがない感じがします。出だしが"By the way"になっておりますが、その前に何か文章があるんでしょうか？

MDと略さずに、MiniDiscとした方がいいでしょう。
Do you have a MiniDisc player? If you do, I could send some of my favorite music to you.

I also like pictures(photos), not only taking but also watching.

鎌倉に行った時の写真を送ります。とありますが、
(1)手紙に同封する
(2)（相手が望めば）次回の手紙に同封する
で、若干、変わってきます。

Have you heard of Kamakura??(鎌倉って聞いたことがありますか？）と切り出して、鎌倉がどの辺にあるのか、家からどれくらいかかるか等の簡単な説明して下さい。それから、落ち着いた雰囲気があって、好きですと繋げた方が自然かと思います。
ただ、Kamakura is like Japan. というのは、混乱するかもしれません。日本的とか、昔ながら日本という感じを出したいのでしょうか？質問者さんの文ですと、「鎌倉は日本のようです」とまるで外国の場所で日本のようなところがあると思われてしまうかもしれません。５時間かかると追記されてるので、余計に外国？と思われるかもしれないです。


I wrote the same letter in Japanese. You might not understand the characters, but isn't it interesting to see those Japanese characters?（同じ手紙を、日本で書きました。理解できないかもしれませんが、日本語（文字）を見るのは興味深いと思いませんか？）
