ご協力とお知らせをありがとうございます。調べてみたのですが、こちらは貴方の小包(荷物)はまだ受け取っていません。物流部門にもその荷物の流れを調べるよう連絡を取りました。あと2，3日待っていただけば何が問題なのか確かめられると思いますがよろしいでしょうか。問題が確認でき次第ご連絡します。
ご忍耐をご理解を感謝いたします。　その他もし何か質問やご要望がありましたら、遠慮なくお知らせください。
