株式用語に詳しい方へ 用語を教えて下さい

"Voluntary Conditional General Offer" の用語、意味を教えて下さい。

以下のように使われています。日本語で該当する用語はありますか？それとも株式用語ではなく、一般的な表現なのでしょうか。

調べてみると

a general offer
「株式公開買付け」が基本で下記の３つの句は同じ意味のようです。
a voluntary general offer
a condtional voluntary general offer
a voluntary conditional general offer
conditionalはvoluntaryに関しての”買付け条件有り”と明確にしているだけと考えます。
voluntaryは公開買付けでtargetになる会社が法的規制を受け何らかの形で株を取得しても意味を成さない場合、公開買付申込者が買い付けた株を無効にできる条件。例えば、買付けをしたために、株式上場会社に課せられている最低株主数を切ってしまい上場廃止とさてしまった場合・・独占禁止法に抵触した等々・・

日本語サイトと組み合わせて見てみましたが、公開買い付けの線で間違いないようですね。
ひとつ前に進みました。
a voluntary general offer　と　a condtional voluntary general offerの違いが区別できる用語があるのか、もう少し調べてみます。

*株取引の仕組み自体を知らないと解決できませんね・・・。
