ちょっと積極的に直してみました。

I'm glad to hear that you arrived home safely.

※他の文章は主語をちゃんと書いているのにここだけなぜ省略するのでしょうか？他の文章との統一感に欠け、ちょっと奇異な感じがします。

>>Your mother must be very happy to could meet you.
I can imagine your mother is very happy to see you.

※couldは不要です。mustを使うよりI could seeとかI can imagineと言った方が気持ちがこもっていると思います。

>>My young brother will also came back to Japan from U.S. on 24th so we are all looking forward to meet him.
My younger brother will also come back to Japan from U.S. on 24th. We are are all looking forward to seeing him.

※will also cameは誤り。look forward toのあとはing形。soは不要(soの前後が原因と結果の関係になっていないので)。

>>I went to Christmas party last weekend at school.　It was good.
I joined the Christmas party last week at school. It was good.
※went toを使いたいならI went to school to join the Christmas partyとすべき。なおpartyには冠詞が必要。何回もあるものではないだろうからtheをつける。

I hope you will have a very good time with your family in Christmas holidays.
※have a good timeで「楽しく過ごす」というidiom。spendを使いたいならspend Christmas holidaysというべき。

※yourとselfは離さない。それからメッセージの最後にTake careを使うときはあなた自身のことだけでなくて、いろんなことにtake careすることを意味しているはずなので、of yourselfは余計だと思います。
