英文契約書の一部で頻出する表現があります。しかし、日本語訳が定着していません。下記の文章です。どう解釈したらいいか教えて頂けませんか？よろしくお願いします。

　主語が非常に多く並べ立ててあります。

受動態の動詞：
is required

意味上の主語を示す語：

意味上の主語：
such Stockholder in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

　直訳すると以下のようになります。

「本合意の実行、交付に関わる当該株主に対しては、いかなる政府事業体の承認、認可、指示、委任、またはいかなる政府事業体への登録、申告、届け出も必要とされない。」

　重複する意味の英単語があり、きちんと意味を違えずに訳するには専門知識を要するように思います。私ではちょっとそこまでは手が出ません。すみません。
