「suggest to 人 that~」 を使い、

She suggested to me that we should open the door.

この should は省略できるので

She suggested to me that we open the door. も答えとなります。

ちなみに、let's は let us の短縮形なので that 以下の主語は we です。

そして、英文法の仮定法現在の suggest です。

あまり仮定法現在に拘らなくてもいいようですが、学校で教わる英文法としては
上記が正解となると思います。

まず直説話法で say と来れば、間接話法では say

say to であるならば、tell を用いるという大原則があります。
また let's 節においては動詞 suggest を用いるというのが、根源法則です。

She said to me, "Let's open the door."
→ She suggested me that we (should) open the door.

この should は省略が可能な助動詞であって、文章全体が仮定法現在の構文を取っています。
つまり省略が行われていても、後続動詞は現在形のままということになるわけです。

She suggested me that we open the door.

また that 以下の主語の選択にも十分留意が必要な構文です。
前出の文章のように、勧誘相手に自分自身が含まれていれば we,
下記の文章のように、含まれていなければ they 等を用いることになります。

He said to his friends, "Let's have a party for Kenji."
→ He suggested to his friends that they (should) have a party for Kenji.
