英文契約書の和訳について

現在、仕事で英文契約書の和訳（仮訳）作業を行っています。初めての契約書和訳の仕事を任されたのですが、契約法の類の勉強や留学経験等なく若干戸惑っています。下記英文にご助言を頂ければ非常に助かります。

（英文背景）
外国の警備会社との契約で、Paymentの項目にある文章で不明な点があります。
定義語であるCustomerは契約者、Account Holderは口座名義人と訳しています。

（英文本文）
The Customer warrants that he has received the express authorization from the Account Holder to use the nominated bank account, should the bank account not be that of the Customer's.

（不明な点）
１．１文目のheとはCustomerを指すのか
２．the express authorizationは明確な権限という訳し方で問題ないか
３．２行目のshould以降の訳し方

また、別文になるのですが、下記の文面にある「debit order」の訳し方について、何かご教授いただけないでしょうか。調べてはみたのですが、ピンとくる訳し方が浮かびません、、、。

The Customer is obliged to pay all the charges provided for in the Schedule an elsewhere in this Agreement. A will require payment by cheque or electronic transfer in advance for the first month's charges to allow time for the debit order to be established.

１．１文目のheとはCustomerを指すのか → その通りです。

２．the express authorizationは明確な権限という訳し方で問題ないか　→　問題ありません。

３．２行目のshould以降の訳し方　→　これは if the bank account should not be that of the Customer's　と同じことであって『もしもその銀行口座がCustomerのものでない場合には』ということです。

debit order　（あるいはdirect debit　とも言います。）は、例えば電気料金の支払のように定期的に指定の口座からお金が引き落とされ電気会社の口座に移されることで日本では普通『自動口座振替』と呼ばれているものです。
