単語の使い方が普通じゃない？

In a party game, a person leaves the room with the understanding that someone else will relate a recent dream to the remaining group. The person then returns and tries to reconstruct the dream by asking only yes-or-no questions. In fact, no dream has been related: the group simply answers the questions according to some arbitrary rule. Surprisingly, the person usually constructs a dream narrative that is both coherent and ingenious.

という文中のrelateとusuallyなんですがそのままの意味ですか？
このゲームってこの日だけやっていてその場限りですよね。relateとはどういうことですか？
またusuallyもよくわかりません。このときやっているゲームなので１回限りですよね？

「relate」は何かを伝えるという意味があります。

「In fact, no dream has been related」は「実際は、夢が伝わらなかった」という意味です。

「usually」は「だいたい・普通に」です。「the person usually constructs a dream...」は「普通は、その人がちゃんとしている夢を作ります」という感じです。
