あっているでしょうか？

こんばんわ。英語の時間に簡単なレシピを書くという課題がだされました。次の文章なのですが意味とあっていますでしょうか？
スパゲッティ・ミートソースのレシピです。
First,mince　an onion and a carrot,butter them in pot.
(はじめに玉ねぎと人参をみじん切りにします。そして鍋をつかってバターで炒めます。)
Next,add ground meat,beside fry.
(次にひき肉を加え、さらに炒めます。)
Then add some water,some tomato puree,some tomato ketchup and seasong in that,and boil for ten minutes to twenty mnitutes,
(そして水、トマトピューレ、トマトケチャップ、調味料をなべに加え、１０分～２０分煮ます。)
Finally,it was dished on parboiled spaghetti.
(最後にそれをゆでたスパゲッティの上にのせます。)
ここがおかしい、このような表現法がいいなどいろいろ教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

次にひき肉を加え、さらに炒めます。
Second, add the ground meat to the pot and cook on.

そして水、トマトピューレ、トマトケチャップ、調味料をなべに加え、１０分～２０分煮ます。
Third, add water, tomato puree, tomato ketchup and seasongs to the pot, and boil for ten to twenty mintutes,

最後にそれをゆでたスパゲッティの上にのせます。
Finally, serve on the boiled spaghetti.
