英検1級の英作文の作り方について

英検１級の英作文ですが、参考書とかでは序章とまとめの文章は複雑に２文以上で書いてたりしますが、実際は１文ずつでは減点の対象になってダメなのでしょうか？

例えば
Agree or disagree: Japan should have more lenient immigration policies

という問題があったとして、最初の文章は
「Personally, I agree with the idea that Japan should have more lenient immigration policies for the following three reasons.」（個人的に〇〇の考えには以下の3つの理由から同意する）、

最後は
「For these three reasons, I strongly believe that Japanese immigration policies have to become more lenient.」（そういう3つの理由で、私は〇〇すべきだと思う）

だけでも、３つの理由を２文ずつで述べたら200字前後には達するのですが、それでは不十分ですか？


参考書とかでは
「There have been a lot of discussions and debates about whether or not Japan needs to increase the number of immigrants. Personally, I think that Japan should have more lenient immigration policies for the following three reasons.」（〇〇については多くの議論がなされてきた。個人的に以下の3つの理由から〇〇すべきだと思う）

とか余計な文章を１つ付け加えて、最後も

「In conclusion, for the above-mentioned these reasons, compensate for shortage of Japanese workforces, increasing of nursing care stuff, and developing interaction skills with foreign people, I strongly believe that lenient immigrant policies are political imperative in Japan.」
（結論として、上に述べた3つの理由、〇〇、〇〇、○○から、私は○○すべきだと思う）

みたいにかなり長くなってるのですが、そうするとスペルミスや構文ミスのリスクが増えてしまいますが、そうしないといけないのでしょうか？

そうしないといけないことはありませんが、参考書の文のような書き方がレポートなどでは定型なのです。

意外と、そのような形がしっかりしている方が点は取れると思います。
定型外の文は、定型を見慣れた採点者にとっても未熟に見えるからです。
確かに200字の文では本文が短くなってしまうと思うので、本文を書いてから文字数を調整してもいいでしょう。
