上のように throw が来るのが普通です. 　ただ “whatever life [throws] at us in the years to come” の部分がよく使われる表現ですが、特にイディオム というわけではないので throw の代わりに同じような意味の言葉、例えば hurl など cast を使う人も見ますし それでもおかしくありません。
