英文メールで困っています

英語力乏しいのですが
なんとか、海外の某ファンクラブに入ろうと
翻訳ツールで試行錯誤中に下記のメールが届きました。（一部伏字）

これは、近く請求書が届くのでPayPalで支払うと安いですよ
ということでしょうか？
また、このまま返事をせず待っていたら請求書が届くのか
はたまた、入会しますとお返事すべきものなのか・・・・
herewith confirm your registration　がものすごく気になります
また、お返事するとしたら、なんと送ればよいのか・・

どなたか助けて頂けると嬉しいです。

今回、初めて海外の人と直接メールするので
翻訳ツールだけだと細かいニュアンスがわからなくて
