海外ネット通販の英文での問い合わせ

海外ネット通販で一ヶ月前に注文した商品、6品中、3品は2週間前に届いたのですが、残りの3品はいまだ届きません。
同じショップで、2週間前にも別の商品を注文しましたが、そちらの方が早く届きました。
在庫切れなら商品ページに「 Back Ordered 」と記載されるはずなので、在庫切れではなさそうです。
一向に発送気配がなさそうなので、商品発送について問い合わせしたいのですが、英語がが苦手で、どのように問い合わせをすればいいはわかりません。
アドバイスお願いいたします。

I ordered " ---" on 2009/Mar/00. "---"=Item name.

But I have not received them.
Would you verify the status of these items?
I would be happy to know the transfer schedule on your side.

I ordered a total of 6 items a month ago. Out of 6 item, I received only 3 two weeks ago. The remaining 3 items are still missing. Please kindly look into the matter and let me know the whereabouts of these goods per return mail. Here is the detail which may help you to work with the matter.
