利用規約の英訳お願いします。

質問させてください。

「過去に本規約違反などによりメンバー登録抹消処分をうけていることが判明した場合は登録の抹消をおこなうことができるものとします」

という文はどう翻訳すればいいのでしょう。

We reserve the rights to refuse and cancel your account at any time
if we found you were already punished due to the violation of the terms and services in the past.

といったような感じでよろしいのでしょうか。
特に後半部分が分かりません。公式的な言い方の文章を探しています。
分かる方がいらっしゃれば、ぜひお願いします。

三番です、注意事項程度以上(但し、法的文書以下)の文章になる様に少し練り直しました。

　単なる暇つぶしです。「メンバー登録抹消処分をうけていることが」の部分がすっかり抜け落ちていましたので、再提出です。

We hereby reserve the unilateral rights to invalidate and
cancel retroactively your membership at any time once you
are proved to have ever expelled from the Club owing to the
act of your violating the terms and conditions stipulated in
the membership rule.

unilateral 一方的な
invalidate 無効にする
cancel 取り消す
retroactively 遡及的に(過去に遡り)(入会した時点まで遡り)

stipulatedという単語を知らなかったので、「なるほど」と思いました。シンプルで分かりやすいので使わせていただこうとおもいます。

こんにちわ。

何のどのようなメンバーシップかなど背景情報がわかりませんが、勝手にテニスクラブのようなものとします。また、「本規則」とありますが、そのクラブの規約として、この規約にはこの条項の前に言及があるとして勝手に　the Terms of Service　（言及したときに定義があるとして大文字です。また、決まった用語があればそれを）として試訳。

We reserve the right at our discretion to cancel your membership at any time if we have found your past membership, if any, has been forfeited due to violation of the Terms of Service or any other reasons whatsoever.
