詩的表現の英訳

詩的表現の英訳の知恵を貸して頂ければと思います。
自分でも英訳してみましたが、どうも不自然で。。困っておりました。
下記の5つの文を詩的な感覚で英訳して頂けますでしょうか？
宜しくお願い致します。


1.夢が現実と重なった時、私たちの心は空へと駆け上がる。

2.涙を流して嘆くより、今は前に進もう。光は必ず私たちを包み込むから。

3.手と手を取り合って、瞳の奥に見える未来を目指して歩んでいこう。

4.自然との共生、動物達との共生、その事を自分自身に問いかけてみて。今ならまだ間に合うよ。

5.私たちはたくさんの絆で結ばれている。１人じゃない。それを忘れないで・・・。


下記、私が訳を試みた文章です。非常に地味な感じで、、詩的とは言いがたいので。。。
1.When a dream overlapped with reality, our heart run up to the sky.
2.Let's advance before now than I shed tears and grieve. Because the light surrounds us by all means.
3.We will walk hand in hand for the future to be seen in the depths of eyes.
4.Ask oneself about symbiosis with nature, the symbiosis with animals, the thing. still in time now.
5.We are bound together in many bonds. We are not alone. Without leaving it...

直接的な表現じゃなくても良いので、雰囲気の伝わる詩的で素晴らしい表現の英訳をして頂ければと思います。

☆１　A dream finds its way into reality and transcends up in the depths of blue.

☆２　Grieve not in tears; do march on. For the light never fails to guide our way.

☆３　Pace your way hand in hand into the future that glistens in the people of your eye.

☆４　Ask how to share life with Mother Nature and animals. Remember, you still have time, enough time.

☆５　We are bonded together; numerous bonds to remind us that we are not alone. Remember, we are not alone, not alone at all.
