英訳 「ブラジルと日本は世界の反対側にある」

「ブラジルと日本は世界の反対側にある」と英語でなんて言いますか？

それと、日本で言う相槌「へー」　「ふーん」程度の英語の表現とはどういえばいいのでしょうか？

ネイティブ口語的には、「the other side of the Earth」が自然ですかね。

Brazil and Japan are the other side of the Earth each other.
とか？
