現在アメリカに住んでいますので、できる限りの範囲で答えてみます。

このポケットには指に汚れが付着するぐらいのべたつき汚れがあります。
の所では
This pocket has sticky dirt which may stick on your fingers.
ではなくて
This pocket has a sticky substance that may make your fingers unclean.
の方がいいと思います。

前の訳にしてしまうと、
このポケットには指にべたつく土があります
となってしまいます。
dirty とは汚れる、という意味ですが、dirt とは土という意味なのでよく間違えますね。
unclean も汚れると同じ意味なのですが、こちらの方がもっと丁寧なので、使うのはこちらの方を進めます。

返金できませんので注意してください。(this renders the item unreturnable.)
と言うよりも
we cannot have a refund on this item. (返却はできません)
と言う方が正確ですけど、
this renders the item unreturnable. (これで item は返却できません）
と言う意味なので、このままでも全然大丈夫だと思います。

私が直したようにするとこうなります。
